The first time I met Lionel and Cecily, they blew me away with their incredible dancing. Cecily was a bridesmaid at Eric and Emma's Marie Selby Gardens wedding last January(Featured in Allure Bridals blog here!). When Cecily and Lionel asked me to photograph their wedding, I was overjoyed. And the more I got to know them, the more I came to love them. We flew to Boston to photograph their engagement session at their alma mater, MIT. I love that they fused their Indian and Puerto Rican and Indian cultures together. There were many traditions throughout the wedding weekend that involved family members. I loved witnessing the Suthi, a blessing ceremony, the morning of the wedding. Cecily's extended family members joined her parents in blessing her marriage and life. It was so moving to watch each family member come up and individually say a blessing over her. We started the gorgeous day out at the Omni Resort of Orlando in Championsgate and it only got prettier from there. 

Cecily wore her engagement ring and her alumni ring from MIT on wedding day!

I loved this quiet moment while Lionel wrote his love letter to Cecily. 

Sometimes it takes an entire village to help you get your dress perfect.
